How It Works – Forever Memory Blanket

Handwriting Submission Guidelines

To ensure the best embroidery quality for your Forever Memory Blanket, please follow the guidelines below when submitting handwritten notes.

1. Write on plain white paper

Use clean, unlined white paper. Avoid coloured or textured paper.

2. Use dark ink

Black or dark blue pen works best. Please avoid pencil or light-coloured ink.

3. Keep handwriting clear

Write naturally but clearly. Avoid overlapping letters or very small writing.

4. One message per photo or scan

If you have multiple handwritten notes, please submit each one as a separate photo or scan.

5. Take clear photos or scans

  • Ensure good lighting
  • No shadows
  • No fingers covering the writing
  • The entire message must be visible

Scans are ideal, but clear phone photos are perfectly acceptable.

6. Do not edit the handwriting

Please do not trace, rewrite, or digitally alter the handwriting. We embroider it exactly as provided to preserve authenticity.

7. File formats accepted

JPG, PNG, or PDF

If you are unsure whether your handwriting is suitable, you are welcome to contact us before placing your order.
